Safety and Efficiency

MEKRA Lang cameras facilitate work and increase safety around heavy machinery as required by applicable workplace safety regulations, by ISO 5006:2006, or EU Directive 89/392/EEC-3.2.1.

Construction sites pose special challenges, and all-around visibility is paramount to prevent serious, even potentially deadly, accidents. Blind spots around construction machinery can be easily eliminated by means of rear and side view camera systems.

Additionally, MEKRA Lang cameras can be extremely helpful when, for example, attached to a backhoe boom with a magnetic base during high-precision operations. They also enable monitoring of concealed areas or machine components, such as safety bolts.
